Pumpkin beauty tag

Everyone who knows me knows Im a sucker for  few things, color olive, Pumpkins, and Gingerbread anything!  I love them all, all year around!  FALL  is my favorite time of year, My first-born child is named after the season, and the colors are all of my favorites!

This tag has most of the same ingredients as the last

CTMH stamp set  Backdrop Charmed

CTMH and Tim Holtz ink

Beautiful Halloween tag

How much do I love this stamp!

Close To My Heart Backdrop Charmed!   It is so amazing in its detail, yet so versitile!

I have been playing with this stamp all day and have had so much fun with it that I wanted to share it!

This tag is using a key cut from  Tim Holtz key and keyhole die with my Sizzix Big Shot from Brass sheeting.

Tim Holtz and Close to my heart inks

Martha Stewart Arch Lattice edge punch

Studio G glitter Glue (I prefer stickles) dabbed in edges to catch a glimmer

A little gel pin to add a tad of sparkle for interest

Stazon (black) and a little turquoise on the key to tarnish

The ribbon was a thick sheer orange ribbon, cut in half and burned, then died w alcohol inks, it added beautiful interest as it crinkled  I think Im going to make a lot more of it!  Beautiful for fall and Halloween projects!

Upcycling is the process of converting waste materials or useless products into new materials or products of better quality or a higher environmental value.

I love watching how everyone has wrapped their mind around the concept!  It tickles and amazes me to see some of the things they came up with!   Its been hectic, but its been fun.  This is the fun concept I have come up with …

I no longer use disks, and still had a whole pack of them!

The notebook:

I slid the flap in the disks to expose the hole, I cut the papers to fit, these are from Dollar General, This big pack was $1.  I marked my placement and  punched the holes in the papers,  Then put it all together with rings.

The Candle holder:  Simply hot glue 5 disks together, add a candle.  This would be great to hold a cube of memo paper, or even a pile of Post It notes.  Such a wonderful gift for the techy loved one, or a tech teacher!

These would have been chucked in the trash, but this is a great way to reuse.

My personal Blog Candy:  All I ask is that if you were a follower at my Blogspot, you re-follow me here, if you are not or havent  followed, and if you like, but it’s not a requirement!    Please stop by Felicia’s blog and thank her for her kindness, and let me know you did,  for another entry for my Blog Candy!  Leave a comment here (before midnight) to be eligible to win!  I will a winner tomorrow!

Princess “Dream Big” Mini Album created for My 2yr old

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

OH MY GOODNESS !!! I just found “slide show”!!!  Im getting a little happier about moving from Blogspot by the minute.

I created this mini in a motel, where the baby and I went to work with my hubby, we stayed 8 days, he left before daylight and returned  about 11pm 8 days in a roll!  No pool, no microwave, no refrigerator, only about 9 channels on the TV and no breakfast!  It was horrible….I did get this sweet mini out of the deal and when we moved motels we were in a super lux motel with an indoor pool, free totally wonderful breakfast bar where they loaded you up for your room before you left, Big fluffy towels, hot tub, and an awesome suite with 2 big screen TVs, and a beautiful bathroom with a huge tub,  that we were able to bring all the children.

Traditions Simply Elegant Mini Album

I dont even know where to begin, so much is crammed in this mini!  Lots of Dollar Tree embellishment stickers, Lots of Prima stamps, K&Co Paper Moss form Dollar Tree, Dollar tree satin roses,  Flowers I made, Flowers friends made, Flowers bought in bulk. Cricut Cuts, Package inserts, The bird on the bottom of the second page was hand cut.  The kep holes are a Tom Holts Sizzix Die.  The pink rose and the love charm were gifts from Krista, from Krista’s Paper Cafe.   I must however tell you, the paper piecing of the bird in the gold cage, was bought on Ebay, I couldnt resist him, and I dont remember who it was. When I find out, I will definitely (as always) give credit where credit is due!  The mini is simply healed together by a thick string of jute.  I love the simple graceful elegance of this one!

Unfortunately I do not label my stamps, so I can not tell you the name of the stamps, I can however, tell you most of them are Prima.

Im thinking about making tags out of them, Considering Im a beginner in stamping, Im pretty proud of them.
